he Abbey School offers a special learning environment for girls aged 3-18 years old. Whilst operating very much as one school under Mrs Stanley, the Headmistress, each part of the school has its own character. Whilst some girls join in Nursery and continue through to the Sixth Form, many girls join at various ages and we pride ourselves on ensuring new pupils settle in quickly. This website is designed for you to explore and gain a better insight into the part of the school of most interest to you.The girls' excellent examination results enable them to gain entry to the universities and colleges of their choice, whilst our emphasis on pastoral care ensures that all pupils have the happiest educational experience possible. Significant developments to our already outstanding facilities, alongside numerous exciting initiatives that have given The Abbey an increasingly international profile, enable us to continue offering the best in girls' education into the 21st century.The Abbey has come to embody education in the broadest and most exciting terms, with an outstanding range of opportunities for all.
