Course Description

Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Level 2 IMI Dates: 23 Sep 09 - 9 Jun 10; 30 weeks Times: 9.00am - 5.00pm Day: Wednesday Venue: Cranford Avenue Aim of Course To provide a good understanding of Motorcycle Systems IMI, using theory and practical sessions. Entry Requirements Course Details/Contents 30 weeks on a modular basis. Students will work within the IMI standards studying the following Level 2 units: Fault Diagnosis Motorcycle Maintenance Remove and Refit Components Materials/Textbook Requirements Students are required to purchase a text book. Study Requirements Theory supported by practical work and occasional assignments. Assessment/Examination Details IMI Practical and Theory examinations. Career Opportunities/Progression On successful completion of the Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair Level 2 you can progress onto the IMI Level 3. Course Cost Information Fees Additional costs after enrolment Tuition Fee 625 Registration Fee/Certificate Examination/Assessment Fee 110 Other course Costs: e.g. Materials Workshop Log Books 25 Fees Due 760 Fees - All fees quoted are for British/ EEA Citizens with settled status who have been resident in an EEA country for the last 3 years or have exceptional circumstances or exceptional leave to remain. If you are in any doubt as to your status please ask for advice on enrolment. Refund of fees will only be paid in the event the College cancel the course, or if you notify the College of your intention to withdraw from the course 2 weeks prior to the start date. Fee Reductions If you are in receipt of an income based qualifying benefit, you may be entitled to a fee reduction on tuition fees only. All other charges as shown above will need to be paid in full.
