Imperial?s faculty are specialists in their field with international research reputations. They consult for some of the top businesses in the world and frequently appear in the media to give academic insight on a wide variety of topics. The Imperial MSc Management programme is designed for recent graduates in subjects other than management, with no more than two years full-time work experience, who are looking for an edge in today's job market and who are seeking a conversion path into business management - the business world wants graduates who already have a strong foundation in management skills and are prepared to hit the ground running in careers with the world's top organisations. On the MSc Management you gain practical knowledge covering contemporary business management subjects such as Business Economics, Organisational Behaviour, Strategy and Marketing. The programme also focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship and you will participate in a business plan competition as part of the curriculum, putting your new found knowledge and skills into practice. You also have the opportunity to choose from one of three pathways: Digital Business pathway provides both the economics foundations for analysing competition in digital markets and the strategic insight that relates to Digital Business. Globalisation, Sustainability in Business, and Corporate Social Responsibility pathway introduces students to the concepts of conducting business in a 'global environment'. Innovation and Design pathway is concerned with the development, acquisition and exploitation of innovation, and the way in which innovation is adapted and consumed by users
