In your second year you will study the necessary modules to gain the postgraduate diploma. These modules are designed for people working in health and social care where the scope of their role requires they take a strategic perspective. You will develop a broader understanding of the roles and relationships between care providers and the different professional disciplines, and learn to challenge practice and effect significant change in your organisation.
