Course Description
This course is offered in two different distinctive modes of delivery: * Firstly, in partnership with Resource Development International (RDI) we are able to offer an innovative distance learning opportunity at postgraduate level. RDI is the world's largest independent provider of UK university distance learning with 17 years' experience of supporting over 50,000 university students around the world. * Secondly, with selected partner organisations providing tutor-supported delivery at remote locations from the University. This course is designed for computing graduates. It enables you to specialise in two areas central to current computing in business and society: web development and computer networks. What you study This MSc is normally studied over a 24-month period, but this may be extended to suit your individual needs for up to a maximum of five years. The themes of web development and computer networks are developed in modules, in which you develop skills and experience in critical evaluation and research and management of real-world projects. During the final stage of the MSc you will plan, manage and execute a large-scale project in IT.
