This course is designed to enable chemistry graduates to explore advanced chemistry topics. In semester one, you will study 'Advanced Organic Chemistry, 'Advanced Inorganic Chemistry' and ?Hot Topics in Physical Chemistry?, designed to give a broad and balanced understanding of the most important developments in modern Chemistry. In semester two, you plan your chosen research project and develop specialist knowledge by studying ?Advanced Topics in Molecular Medicine? and Advanced Topics in Nanotechnology?. In semester three, you spend all of your time on an advanced research project culminating in a Masters level thesis and an oral presentation of your research successes.
