MSc Applied Professional Studies (Inter-Professional Practice) is one of in our suite of MSc Applied Professional Studies programmes. This range of innovative, inter-professional programmes that are dedicated to developing and integrating contemporary practice, helping practitioners to engage creatively with the concerns of their profession in a research-informed way. The named award MSc Applied Professional Studies (Inter-Professional Practice) looks at Inter-Professional Practice which is at the heart of the Scottish Government's agenda for social justice and inclusion. Terms such as multi-professional working, inter-professional practice, joined-up working and seamless services are increasingly seeping into the consciousness and language of caring professionals. Whether the motivation to work more collaboratively is driven by good practice, best value for money or both the requirement to do so is strong. Participants in a variety of professional situations are required to understand the concept, develop the skills and take up the challenge to work within these frameworks to design, deliver and improve services. Students can choose to leave with a PGCertificate, a PGDiploma or a Master of Science degree (MSc).
