The programme enables you to explore the theoretical frameworks and models used in general coaching and mentoring, reflexive practice and action learning. We help you to develop a greater understanding of a range of coaching and cognitive tools to enhance your practice. We create an action-learning environment that enables you to self evaluate, and critically reflect upon your coaching skills . You will also have the opportunity to develop your research skills and carry out evidence-based research in your seleted coaching field. During your time on the programme we will ensure tht you have considerable opportunities to put theory into practice will allow you to raise your game. The MA in Executive & Business Coaching forms the final stage of a three-part programme which also includes the PG Diploma and PG Certificate stages. The course is aimed at practicing business coaches seeking to enhance their coaching methodology and skills, HR Directors and training consultants, those with line management responsibility, executives who wish to add coaching to their consultancy portfolio and aspiring coaches from related backgrounds, such as counselling, psychotherapy, teaching and business psychology.
