Course Description
LLM Intellectual Property Law offers you a comprehensive programme on law, management and policy relating to patents, copyright, trade marks and other rights. You will examine international and comparative perspectives that cover traditional IP issues like industrial property, literary and artistic works and brands. The course enables you to pursue a career in the legal professions, in knowledge-intensive commercial sectors, and in other occupations where in-depth understanding of intellectual property is economically or strategically important, such as government service and in non-governmental organisations. The programme is also accessible to non-lawyers.
