These qualifications are designed to support managers in the development of management coaching and mentoring skills, and identifying the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals. What do I need? The majority of learners at this level would be expected to have sufficient capability at the right level to undertake the learning and assessment. There are no formal entry requirements for these qualifications, but you are required to demonstrate that you can operate at a senior level. What will I study? We live in an hour of global change. This is an opportunity for learners on the course to develop existing skills and equip themselves to lead people around them. This level is equivalent to the first year of a masters degree. Registration with the Chartered Management Institute as the awarding body is required, this will be completed on enrolment. Description The course has been designed with the busy manager very much the focus. Attendance at the workshops, access to material over the internet, the college intranet and collaboration with the tutor group is vital. Programme consists of: 6 modules - The delivery method is planned over three workshops, each lasting for three days. The format includes 1 x 3 day workshop followed by an Action Learning Set 5 weeks later to understand the requirements of the assignment.
