Course Content Award: College Certificate What's it all about?: This course will give someone who already has a career in hairdressing the basic skills to braid and style African-Carribean type hair.This course may also be suitable for anyone who has an interest is styling and working with this type of hair. However, some hairdressing experience is advisable. Progression: To a full or part-time course within the Hair and Beauty department at the College. Entry Requirements: Hairdressing experience is advisable, although not essential. Duration: Six weeks Course Overview What does the course involve?: This course is run over a three hours per session for six weeks. You will practice the techniques on head blocks or models. When can I study?: Various days and times, throughout the Summer Are there any exams?: No formal assessment is required.
