Course Description
What you will study This is a mainly practical course yet it will also help develop your critical/contextual understanding. You will be introduced to a variety of photographic techniques from studio, darkroom, location and digital manipulation. The programme will build your skills as a photographer as well as an opportunity to develop and use your existing visual creativity. You will build a portfolio of work which will show your development of creative concepts, how you have experimented with and and explored creative ideas, techniques and processes, recording the evidence in your workbook and showing your arrival at a meaningful conclusion. Your Course Structure Classroom: 20%; Practical: 80%
Entry Requirements
Five GCSEs at grade A*-C including English Language, Maths and an art-related subject. You will also need to provide evidence of relevant portfolio work.
